Madonna del Ghisallo Cycling Museum

The Museum, which opened in 2006, is considered a home for all cyclists. It collects, preserves, and showcases numerous artifacts related to the history of Italian and international cycling, including items that belonged not only to great champions but also to the men and women who have used and continue to use bicycles in their daily lives and in sports competitions. The museum houses more than two thousand artifacts, displays over 70 bicycles, and boasts the world’s largest collection of Giro d’Italia Maglia Rosa jerseys. The museum is located on the Ghisallo Hill, next to the Madonna del Ghisallo Shrine, which has been the patron saint of all cyclists worldwide since 1949.
