Museum of Cotton and the Cotton Mill

The Cotton Museum and the Ponte Lambro Cotton Mill is an interactive and experiential museum dedicated to cotton and the history of the former cotton mill.

The museum is located on the first floor of Villa Guaita, the former official residence of the Ponte Lambro Cotton Mill.

Beyond the entrance dedicated to welcoming visitors lies a fully equipped, flexible space designed to host cultural events and conferences, as well as workshops and edutainment activities tailored for children.

Two adjacent rooms will house the interactive and virtual museum dedicated to the history of the cotton mill and the working-class community that grew up around it.
This is followed by an experiential journey dedicated to cotton, featuring tactile, olfactory, visual, and auditory experiences.
